  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, we regret that we cannot process any returns or exchanges.

• Condition of Returned Items:
  
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including intact packaging. Opened or partially used items may not qualify for return unless the product is defective.
• Refund Method:
  
  • Refunds are issued in the form of store credit only. We do not process cash or card refunds.
• Shipping Returns:
  
  • If you are unable to return your product in-store, we accept returns by mail. Please ensure the product is securely packaged and include proof of purchase in the return package. Once we receive your return and verify its condition, your account will be credited with store credit.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
